Courtney Gray Haupt Joins Spectrum Science Communications as Senior Director, Public Affairs and Health Policy
WASHINGTON, DC (January 8, 2009) – Spectrum Science Communications continues to strengthen its Public Affairs Practice with the addition of Courtney Gray Haupt as Senior Director, Public Affairs and Health Policy.
Gray Haupt brings a wealth of experience in directing public policy and driving successful lobbying and positioning efforts for trade associations, global corporations, professional societies, coalitions and nonprofit organizations. She has also led successful grassroots advocacy and educational campaigns on issues ranging from food allergy awareness and increased NIH funding for asthma and allergic diseases to opportunities and challenges in pharmaceutical development in the U.S., E.U., and emerging markets.

While there, she served in key leadership roles with the Association of Clinical Research Organizations (ACRO). As ACRO’s Vice President, External Relations, she led strategic communications, media outreach and crisis management efforts for the organization and also directed global affairs and alliance development initiatives.
