John Seng Recasts PR in Communiqué

John Seng's article, "Resucitating Public  Relations," was published in this fall's issue of Communiqué, the industry's definitive guide to PR and medical education.

The article advocates that public relations professionals work to help PR regain its rightful place as a discipline and profession.

"The responsibility and role of PR in healthcare is more important than ever," Seng wrote. "Earning the public's confidence demands we engage in 'mutually satisfactory two-way communication.'"
