Shannon Richardson selected as "Rising Star" by Healthcare Businesswoman's Association

Shannon Richardson of Spectrum Science Communications has been chosen as a 2008 Rising Star by the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA).

“Shannon is deeply passionate about healthcare communications, and her enthusiasm inspires her team members to achieve their full potential,” said John Seng, Founder and President of Spectrum Science Communications. “Her commitment to excellence has earned the respect of her clients and colleagues. She shines in all aspects of healthcare communications, which is why she’s truly our rising star.”

Richardson is a vice president at Spectrum, where she oversees the Technology + Design division. In addition to leading campaigns in a range of therapeutic categories, including breast cancer and Alzheimer’s disease, she focuses on using the latest digital communications strategies to produce results for clients.

The HBA, based in Fairfield, NJ (http://hbanet.org), is a national not-for-profit organization dedicated to furthering the advancement of women in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Its Rising Star Award recognizes women whose outstanding accomplishments make a difference in the industry and inspire others.
