Juliet GlassrothSenior Vice President
Juliet Glassroth is an award-winning public relations and communications professional with over 17 years of experience. Her work for health and wellness organizations includes message development and positioning, corporate communications and stakeholder engagement as well as internal and electronic communications.
Throughout her career, Juliet has provided strategic communications counsel for organizations requiring increased stakeholder engagement, particularly during times of transition. For example, as a large medical devices firm encountered its first ever FDA recall, Juliet helped them to increase internal education around quality assurance and customer satisfaction. For publisher HarperCollins, Juliet supported a significant change management effort by conducting a major internal and external stakeholder analysis, SWOT analysis, message development and program strategy development designed to further engage employees, authors and literary agents as well as position the organization as a leader in a dynamic and evolving industry.
When Grafton Integrated Health Network embarked on a merger and subsequent rebranding, Juliet devised and implemented an ongoing internal communications program to ensure the process was transparent and that employees clearly understood what their role was during a time of transition and what they could anticipate as a result of operational changes. In addition to garnering support from its intended audience, the rebranding program received industry recognition including Marcom Platinum and Silver Inkwell awards.
For the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition, Juliet helped to support and drive member engagement through media outreach and the optimization of the organization’s digital outreach and publication distribution. Support for ASPEN’s annual conference was also a component of the assignment
As Director of Strategic Communications Outreach at MedStar Health, one of the Central Atlantic region’s largest hospital systems, Juliet developed a communications strategy for the Information Technology division during a major change management initiative including the rollout of an Electronic Client Record (ECR).
As director of marketing for Deloitte’s Manufacturing Industry Practice, Juliet was responsible for internal communications to a global team of several hundred individuals. In that capacity she created and disseminated content designed to build awareness and help drive collaboration.
Juliet began her career working for several national public relations firms in New York. She is a graduate of Skidmore College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
