2022 was a transformative year here at Spectrum; with explosive growth in clients, staffing, and revenue. Our success was fueled by a 56 percent win percentage in new business, recent acquisitions of three agencies—SONIC Health, The Seismic Collaborative and Aurora—and the launch of new and expanded offerings.
But at Spectrum, growth goes beyond the bottom line. We’ve been recognized by both employees and the industry for our commitment to philanthropy, citizenship and DE+I.
