Fresh off the announcement of our brand evolution into one unified Spectrum Science, we kept the energy going with an internal celebration that reminded us why this change matters: because our people make progress possible. 

Although Spectrum is and will always remain a remote-friendly workplace, this annual event gives us the opportunity to bring employees together across New York, Chicago, DC, Kansas City, Saratoga, London and Tucson for coast-to-coast and cross-pond celebrations. Whether tuning in virtually or gathering in office watch parties, the excitement was immediate and contagious. Colleagues cheered each other on in silly live competitions, peer-nominated awards were awarded and we celebrated the ideas and achievements that defined 2025. But the real spotlight was on the collective spirit that moves us forward. At Spectrum, innovation isn’t accidental—it’s the product of people who support one another, challenge each other and have fun while doing work that matters.
