At Spectrum Science, agility isn’t just a mindset—it’s our business model. So, when MM+M shared the creative brief for this year’s Agency 100 showcase we knew we needed a board game concept that reflected the way we operate in today’s health and life sciences landscape. Enter: Spectrum Twister; a custom game that puts your strategic thinking, flexibility and balance to the test. Just like we do every day. We’re proud that this playful but purposeful submission clearly communicates what earned us the #39 spot on the 2025 MM+M Agency 100 list.
“Right hand trial milestones… left foot data dissemination! Watch out—commercial challenges ahead.”
The game is fun, but it’s also a metaphor. The health and life sciences space is more unpredictable than ever, and for companies bringing therapies to market, the stakes are high. Staying upright—let alone moving forward—requires a new level of coordination and focus.
That’s where Spectrum shines as a proven strategic partner.
“Just like Spectrum’s flexible structure, which assembles the right team to match unique needs, you’ll need to adjust quickly to stay in the game!”
While other agencies are built for stability, Spectrum is built for agility. Our flexible, strategic platform assembles the right team for each unique challenge, adjusting in real-time. We’ve seen this firsthand with clients navigating M&A activity, trial redesigns and pipeline reprioritizations. In each case, staying connected and moving seamlessly is the only way to make progress.
So yes, Spectrum Twister is a fictional game. But it’s a true reflection of how we work: purpose-built to flex, focused on results and grounded in the belief that science deserves storytelling with both heart and strategy.
We’re honored to be named #39 on the MM+M Agency 100 list and proud to share our approach through a game that reminds us: Move seamlessly. Stay connected. And don’t get tripped up.
